Description
The dress I really want... unfortunately, none of the four pattern manufacturers has anything similar, and my mom isn't about to go and make her own pattern. Sleeves are apparently extremely difficult.

It's sad... we found the material, a really nice deep red in three variations (smooth, gauzy, and a sort of ridged checkery one) but we couldn't find a pattern. And none of the patterns that /were/ available will do--no sleeves, lowcut backs (which I despise), low necklines (which are worse), and, oh yeah, there was NOTHING that covered the shoulders.

It's hard t'be a Mormon girl looking for a formal...
