The International Fountain (in Seattle) is usually crowded with so many people yelling and running to dodge its random jets.There was a moment when this boy was the only one out there, soaking wet, uncaring, with his hand on the metal, walking slowly 'round and 'round. He seemed lost in some personal world.

I always have a thing for people lost in thought...and this goes beyond the usual, and really captures the moment in a completely amazing unique way.

I've never seen this fountain before. Its really cool. The shot is nice too, although a little hot.. but I guess there's nothing to do about light when its a spur of the moment decision.

Maybe he's trying to memorize the feel of water.
I love the red of his shirt against the fountain and the jets/droplets of water you managed to capture in both the foreground and background.

i don't think i've ever seen a fountain of that size. it makes the picture look very alien.
