I really, really, really, REALLY like the shading you did on here. The sort of shadowy appearance of Pearl lets you know that something bad is happening and it really helps the yellow eyes pop!
You did a nice job on Pearl's hair too. I cant really say what it is exactly but it just looks really pretty hear for some reason. XD
My only critique (and this is more of a nit pick if anything) is I think you should have made Pearl's pearl a tad bit lighter in color. With the shadow like affect on her, the pearl is sort of blending in a tiny bit.

Bill says he knows everything, so if Bill knows everything then he should know about Rose Quartz and her relations with Pearl. If Bill makes a clever lie that he could bring Rose back without sacrificing Steven, then there's a higher chance she could offer a deal.
even possibly, since Bill Cipher is a demonic entity, he could even actually take her to see Rose by sacrificing her own vessel without knowing. Same thing happens to Dipper (clues for the author) and Mabel (having her own fantasy).
