oh my goodness. This is one of those pictures that is flawless, stunning, takes-your-breath-away in a way that leaves me using excessive adjectives (sorry. XD)
To be more specific, I love how the sci-fi buildings blend with the natural scenery – there's just the right amount of both. And there's something really nice about the wave catching the light on the bottom left – it's so clear that it looks like it's made of some kind of stone, rather than water, as if it's been caught on a camera with a really high shutter speed – it's almost like a focal point for the whole painting, but not in an obvious or distracting way.
It's great how this is so photorealistic – I feel as if I could step through it into that world – but it's not just that, it has artistic flair and style and gives the imagination and concept plenty of room to breathe.
Anyway, apologies for the long rambly comment – this is a masterpiece, thank you for sharing!

Its balanced rather well with the structures on one side and the natural elements on the other. I'm in love with the waves they show a lot of movement. I also like how you have the sun off behind the rocks having it shine through some parts of the water! Love it!

Really fantastic work! The translucent quality of the waves really grabs the attention, but but it's the design of the buildings that really snags me! It looks like they were designed after the waves themselves, and they also have the feeling like they might lunge forward off the cliffs at any moment Awesome!

Thanks! It's good to hear people noticed that. I like when architecture reflects the environment around it.

Looking at it I can very well understand why they asked you!
Amazing work on the lighting details, foam and waves.
Oh, and the rest of the scenery is pretty cool, too. I like the flowing form of the buildings!

The water light refraction is very impressive, and really adds to this piece. The resulting ambience is beautiful.
