This is a really cute 'stock' type pic - and I really enjoy slightly different pics. Another hint, to add to the list, is if you can find a large piece of paper (back of an old poster, or something, and wedge it up against a wall so that you 'lose' the corner of the wall, you can get a really nice 'clean' background for pics like these - easier than all the hard work you had to put in editing this one.

ive used that trick on many occasions, but forgot for this, now willow is too big for it now. thank you any way. im glad you like it. x x x

my boots. hes massive, bigger than his mum, and hes only 6 months

Nice try. You probably should have used a dull but darker background so the cat's coloration showed more rather than being washed out. Maybe, if it isn't a built-in flash, tip it up a bit more so there isn't the direct washout of his fur.
