I confirm my previous statement, that guy's skin is too bright, he looks like one of those guys that are following Carl, Sweet, Ryder and Smoke when they make that meeting with the other families, the one that stands next the one that says "Groove Street for life!" i don't remember the mission.
The guy that i'm talking about in GTA:SA's beta had that outfit.
