Sadly, I'm not sure when my PayPal will be fixed. I called them and they weren't even able to identify the problem.
However, if by Monday it's still all off, I'll be making a new account (hopefully it will work this time) so I'll get back to you on Monday, if that's alright with you~

I'm really sorry, paypal is pissing me off more than I'd like to admit.
I tried making a new account that had 0 information similarities to my last one and it still doesn't work. Others are experiencing this problem, but Paypal literally doesn't take us seriously and keeps redirecting us towards the same error-message page. There's nothing more I can do
Long story short, I have absolutely no idea when they will fix this
Thus, sadly, I can only accept points. I can offer you a 24h hold if you believe you can manage to gather the points, but if not I have to make it available for the other user interested in the adoptable.
