i tried to make a picture depicting the creater of the stars but i think the original sketch had a better concept. but i still like the way it came out.quick one only about 30min in photoshop

I like it, but I think that the highlights on the hair shouldn't be purple. It just looks strange. You could also try to experiment a little more on it to make it look richer, almost like a curtain of velvet.
