Alex Mercer, ladies and gentlemen. This is based off the scene in the game. Actually if I'm recalling correctly its like the FIRST scene of Prototype. (When he jumps off a building and lands next to a taxi after blackwatch walked away from the area etc etc, don't really rely on me to give the correct scene xD)
ANYWAYS! I LOVE his facial expression in this part so I had to try to draw its as accurately as possible. I hope I did it successfully.
