Found a drawing i did back in high school back in 2005 and i touch it up a bit after learning cool tools in photoshop.well pretty much i used the smudge tool to make my shading cleaner and blur tool. Cant forgot the dodge tool to bring out highlights
. So use it folks it works wonders.

yea I like the before much more than the after, hands down. The line work is perfect, no need to blur the details.

also try experimenting with the overlay as well, it's also useful when combined with dodge ^_^
