A gang leader and arms dealer. Nicknamed Reaper because of his ghastly appearance. Shawn Graves has had many cybernetic augmentations and body modifications throughout the years. Now more machine then man. his body contains millions of nanobots that can he can use to deconstruct and modify any technology and use it to upgrade and modify himself or just control as he so chooses, from vehicles to weapons. He is also equipped with a gauntlet mini-gun, a shoulder mounted grenade launcher, and a master interface that grants him the ability to download and instantly master any skill he wishes. He is a master in several forms of martial arts and warfare tactics. as powerful as he is, he is still somewhat human. Reaper seeks a way to become completely cyborg so he can live forever.
