Description
I'm designs Basculin's evolved form called Basticate since I slightly design an already designed Basculin for Nobua Region as a few returning Pokemon.

Basculin - The Hostile Pokémon: Water-Type
Basculin Info: Basculin are originally lives on the Unova Region until the fisherman caught some of the Basculin for the Nobua Aquarium that they don't belong to the Nobua Region. Despite being the Hostile Pokemon, Basculin are fully tamed by the Aquarium trainers and trained by them. Although they were same species with stripe differences, they still fight each others but on the rare case, one of them are form the other school. Researchers confirms that Red-Striped Basculin are from the North and Blue-Striped Basculin are from the West on each lake.

Basticate - The Tameable Pokémon: Water-Type
Basticate Info: Basculin are begin to glow, having learn Surf and grab the Water Stone which they evolved into a new Nobua Pokemon. Being tamed by trainers, this Pokemon is named Basticate which they developing two schools for a race instead of battle each others. The Nobua Aquarium teams are making the extremely popular Basticate race called Basticate Surfing Race. Some researchers said that the Basticate are fully domesticated Pokemon that learned Surf.
