I'm created Frillish's alternate form: Sirenish, the Water/Ghost-Type Pokemon/Fakemon since I designs an already designed Frillish for Nobua Region as a few returning Pokemon.

Frillish - The Floating Pokémon: Water/Ghost-Type.
Frillish Info: The female Frillish are originally lives on Unova Region until they swims into the across the Nobua Region where they decide to make their new homes. Although they making their new homes, the female Frillish are unable to evolve due to Volcanyx and Blizzardon's power influence to prevent them from evolving outside in this region. Few researchers said that the female Frillish need to adapts their new evolution to evolve into a Nobua Pokemon.

Sirenish - The Siren Pokémon: Water/Ghost-Type.
Sirenish Info: Sirenish is the alternate evolution of Frillish. While Frillish evolved into Jellicent in the Unova Region, Frillish arrived at the Nobua Region and find the mysterious heart-shape with two beautiful wings called Mystery Heart Wing. Frillish adapts and evolve into a siren-like avian version of Frillish. Only female Frillish can evolve into Sirenish with no male Frillish roaming around in the Nobua Region. Researchers confirms that female Frillish can evolve with the Mystery Heart Wing by trading.
