I'm made Skitty as a few old returning Pokemon which I made a gender difference and its newly alternative evolution called Rikatty on the Nobua Region in Pokemon Primal and Umbra.

Skitty - The Kitten Pokémon: Normal-Type.

Skitty Info: Skitty are originally lives on Hoenn Region until they hide the boxes in the boat by accident. Skitty are arrived at the Nobua Region. Trainers from the Nobua Region are curious at the Skitty's arrival. One trainer making the ribbon called Friend Ribbon for Skitty since they welcoming the Skitty to the Nobua Region. Suddenly, Skitty begin to glow which is begin to evolve, but instead of Delcatty, Skitty has evolved into another evolved form. Researchers realize that the Friend Ribbon has become the Evolutionary Item by holding it and developing their trust.

Rikatty - The Ribbon Cat Pokémon: Fairy-Type.

Rikatty Info: After evolving into its alternate evolved form instead of Delcatty, Rikatty because of the Volcanyx and Blizzardon negate the evolution-restriction that can only cannot evolve their old evolved forms. Rikatty's primary Type has changed into Fairy-Type unlike Delcatty because of Volcanyx's power influence. Rikatty learns its newly discovered move called Lovely Paw to stomp and infatuated them depending their genders. Researchers confirms that Rikatty is the Nobua counterpart of Delcatty from the Hoenn Region.
