For mac, I would suggest Pixen. I don't have Windows, but most people have used Gimp on their Windows PC. If you can't find out how to work it, I could always make one for you for free

As a reply to everyone, this is how you do it (Using Paint, my GIMP is outdated.. 
1. Copy and paste the base onto Paint
2.Β Color each cat how you want it, but since it will all be one cat, I recommend doing it when it is a whole
3. When you've finished, select a bit of one cat, pretty big, but not going into any of the other slides, and copy and paste it onto a new pic. **Make sure to SAVE AS before you do that, if you don't you will lose all of your work.
4. Resize it to 50x50
5. Color the background how you like
6. Save as
7. Repeat steps 3-6 with each slide
8. When you've finished, go to gifmaker.me ( I like this one because it's easy, you can add music, and adjust speed.
9. Upload eachΒ slide, andΒ adjust speed and whatever
10. Click "View the GIF Animation"
11. Copy and paste the link wherever
12. Add an image code if it is for a ForumΒ
