It's more than I have lol, I have a Mac so there aren't a lot of programs available. Nonetheless, it's a wonderful movie

You can use paint, I used paint to do mine.

You just open the picture in paint like any other picture, but I think Gimp is actually easier to use right now. XD

Well just open it in paint then and edit it, and then you should use the box tool on each cat, and open paint again and paste them into a 50x50 thing, and save them and then I used iaza.com to make them into a gif.

What program would be recommended for the making of the OC using this base

If you have a Mac, I would recommend Pixen. If you have Windows or any other program, I recommend using Gimp. And please leave me a link to your OC, I would love to see it!
