Description
Scratch is a mutant cat who loves to stealanything including money. When he was
an ordinary cat, he steals the fish from the
fish market everyday. Then the fish man
is chasing the cat for stealing the fishes.
Luckily, he finds the place to hide but he didn't
know there's a mutagen nearby. Suddenly,
he accidentally went into the mutagen and
got mutated into an evil mutant cat. So, he
looks at himself for a second, then he begins
to speak like humans and then he named
himself Scratch. One day, he meets the same
fish man who's chasing him everyday and
begins to steal the fish again. Well, he was
going to call the police but, Scratch knocks
out. Suddenly, the turtles came to stop
him for hurting the innocent people. Finally,
the police came here on time and Scratch is
arrested for robbery then, send him to jail.

I liked this character so much, I used him in my TMNT fan fics. Here, he was a human punk that Shredder mutated into a cat to fight the turtles.

I always wondered if there was a mutant cat in TMNT, I was actually going to come up with my own who looked similar to "Dakar" in my gallery, but with the features of a cat. Interesting character and great work on him!
