Description
This next bit of fanart is another request I was asked to create by conlimic000! What I was asked to do was a crossover picture in which Simba from The Lion King and Baloo from The Jungle Book would meet with one another. Very similar to how Timon and Pumbaa stumbled upon Simba in the middle of the desert, or how Baloo ended up meeting Mowgli after he was left all alone in the jungle. I thought that was a very awesome idea, so I decided to feature Baloo stumbling across a sad Simba laying under the trees of a cool oasis! Maybe if these two would meet, Baloo would ask Simba whats wrong, Simba would say he wouldn't want to talk about it, Baloo would cheer him up, and the two would eventually become good friends! This is my first time drawing a young Simba, hopefully he came out great! This is also the second time I attempted to add shading to one of my drawings, hopefully it's good enough!conlimic000, this is for you! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

I wonder how the Bare Necessities would effect Simba's motivation to return to Pride Rock?

This is the conversation that Baloo and Bagheera both had after Mowgli made it inside the man village.
Baloo: He's hooked.
Bagheera: Well it was inevitable Baloo, the boy couldn't help himself. It was bound to happen. Mowgli is where he belongs now.
Baloo: Yeah, I guess you're right. But I still think he would've made one swell bear.
Hmm, well that would certainly be a fun thing to see! Since Mowgli isn't around in the jungle and Bagheera is basically one of his buddies, I'm sure Baloo would try and convince Baggy to do some of that fun stuff he did with Mowgli!
