Description
Here's my part I did for an art trade I took part in with ! For her part, she asked me to draw what Tillie the little engine's parents, Petunia and Stanley, would look like. Tillie's Mother Petunia is the one on the left, while her Father Stanley is on the right. With the description she gave me, I decided to use that while also basing their designs on slightly larger versions of Tillie. I also did this as practice for drawing both of them before I get started on and 's comic request, Engine Lullaby.This is for you Addison, hopefully you don't mind that these two are slightly larger than Tillie, and that I gave Stanley a mustache. What do you think?

Engines don't have kids! Or are the parents built at the same locomotive works (Cooke Locomotive Works, at Tillie's basis is the Central Pacific's C.P. Huntington) and took Tillie in as their child?

I think In the fictional world, they would have to be built at the same engine works and then be sent as a "Family" or Class to work on another railroad. That's just how I think it would happen, seeing as trains aren't born, they're built.

That's how it works in my series. Once a new locomotive arrives from the manufacturer, two older locomotives, in this case a male and female, are rostered as "Parent Units". I don't think they have to come from the same builder though.

Tillie also had three older sisters named Violet, Ivy, and Thea. Violet is a light purple train, Ivy is an olive green train, and Thea is a red train. And they look like Tillie and her parents. She also has a newborn baby brother named Daniel. He's a baby blue train. Remember those descriptions, okay.
