Description
Entre de las muchas curiosidades que habitan en el Universo Expandido de Star Wars, está el Robida Colossus, una nave construida por la civilización del planeta Ganath, y que utilizaba el vapor como fuente de energía y propulsión.
Los ganathanos vivían del otro lado de una nebulosa de que los separaba del resto de la Galaxia conocida. En una ocasión el Jedi Empatojayos Brand fue derribado cerca de la nebulosa por Darth Vader, Brand sobrevivió, pero su cuerpo sufrió tanto daño, que tuvo que ser puesto en un traje esférico de soporte vital.

Con el tiempo Empatojayos Brand se convirtió en Rey de Ganath, y eventualmente fue descubierto por Luke Skywalker, que luchaba en ese entonces con el Emperador Palpatine Renacido. El Robida Colossus se unió temporalmente a la Nueva República durante la Batalla de Onderon, donde participó contra el masivo Super Destructor Estelar Eclipse-II.

Among the many curiosities that inhabit the Star Wars Expanded Universe, there is the Robida Colossus, a ship built by the people of planet Ganath, which used the steam as a source of energy and propulsion.
The Ganathans lived on the other side of a nebula that separated them from the rest of the known Galaxy. One day Jedi Empatojayos Brand was shot down near the nebula by Darth Vader, Brand survived, but his body suffered so much damage that he had to be put into a life-support spherical suit.

Eventually Empatajayos Brand became King of Ganath, and was eventually discovered by Luke Skywalker, who was fighting at the time with the Emperor Palpatine Reborn. Robida Colossus temporarily joined the New Republic during the Battle of Onderon, where she participated against the massive Eclipse-II Super Star Destroyer.
