South Florida here. 80-90 degrees pretty much every day - if not hotter. Yeah, I never go outside except to run into the car. I even go swimming at night. It's ridiculous.

LOL. I live in Atlanta. It's is like this everyday. Run your wrists under cool water and put cool water on your neck and other pulse points. Hell, soak your feet in cool water if you can. It'll cool you down.
Sometimes I like to wrap an ice pack in a towel and place it on my tummy.

Although, really, I shouldn't complain--I'm from the Seattle area and tomorrow's high temperatures are in the 70's (and lows in the 50's), so I get to wrap myself in a blanket if there's a chill while the rest of the world melts.
