I was bored
She's like one of the only things I can remotely draw, and even then, I'm terrible 
I did this using Photoshop CS5, a mouse, and reference ( BASE and Tibbs Buni as well as old drawings ).So yeah...
I am bored a lot lately, even though I am busy most the time

(oh yeah, and it's for b/c she made Tibbs Buni, I'm just a copycat
)And for Tibby-san, if you ever get irritated of me drawing or doing something with YOUR Tibbs Buni, just say so and I'll stop.
