Planet: X'Neli
The rarest race of Mazardill. Its said to be extinct from their planet long time ago. Fortunately, Talzan met so he believe the last Tempesta Manzardill. The Manzardill was suffering an odd disease and his time is running out. After collect his DNA Talzan stay with the Manzardill until his last moment. Tempesta Manzardill live in the south coast of X'Neli. They feature more fish characteristic that other Manzardill that feature lizard characteristic. They can even dive to find food under water when food is low on land. They are capable for splaying high pressure water from their mouth, creating a tornado from their arm and generating electricity from their body. Their weakness are lack of hand-to-hand combat skill.

*Tempesta are Italian word for storm

If I remember collectedly Artiguana are Polar Mazardill which is one of the many type of Manzardill that live in X'Neli. So I just create other type of Manzardill....Yeah their the same species
