I'm not an artist, just a consumer, but I want to be of help in your effort to progress.
Something which bothers me, that I really dislike, is the excess of gleam you put on skins. Matters having so much glow are rubber, some plastics, I don't know what else, but clearly not human skin.
Another thing I dislike is the misuse of rays (?) in the background. They are conventionally supposed to depict explosions, storms, things like that. In no case they can be a casual background.
And what a pity, I have to write this line only to meet the 100 words minimum requirement a critique must have...

Yes! This is brilliant. The silhouettes of the scenes in the last panel, and the feeling of hope that it inspires is perfect. Despite her "Drastic" changes, she is still hoping to be the hero and save the day.
Each panel evokes a different feeling too. The dark blue with the downward lines almost feels like the darkness of doubt filling the hero. Then in panel 2 the return to a real background reminds the reader of the scene. then the third panel is brilliantly done.
The dialogue enhances each of these as you can feel the movement in the final panel building into the inevitable attack as she reminds herself what it is that has led her to this point. Despite the single frame of action, you can almost see her clenching and pulling back to punch with each progressive dialogue box.

In regard to the consumer,Β I actually like the shine, which highlights the changes in the character and the sense of exposure, and so the sense of tension in the scenes. Β Almost like sweat reflecting the inner tension for the changed character, common in "gritty" movies and TV in the late fifties and sixties when comics were having the Marvel renaissance.

There's always Arachne, the first spider in Greek mythology. There's also Spinneret, to borrow Mary Jane's superhero alias in Renew Your Vows (check it out sometime, it's great!). Could also go full weeb and call herself Jorogumo (shapeshifting yokai spider who uses the form of a beautiful woman to lure men, kind of like a succubus).

Nice work! Liking the story so far, and really love the pose and expression on that first panel. If there's anything I'd point out that you can look into, is some of the aliasing in the lines. Good stuff though!
