No no, you misunderstand: I'm sure not all your arguments are rubbish, what I'm saying is that this entire argument about the color of the kryptonite and it's canonical effects are rubbish.

To be semi-serious, Red Kryptonite canonically has random, unpredictable effects, usually involving physical or mental alterations that last for a few days (or sometimes a few weeks). In the comics (at least pre-Crisis) it was the go-to source for doing such things to Superman/Superboy or other Kryptonian characters. Being physically and mentally genderbent would be par for the course for a Red-K encounter.
