Halrion has written an awesome story which goes with this picture: Deep in ConversationA short piece of plump political fiction: involving SPADs, spin doctors and swelling Westminster waistlines. Inspired by Samster's splendid image of the same name (check it out here: Deep in Conversation).-------------
Humming softly, the Right Honorable Zara Delores Prentis-Boswell (Sarah Boswell to her constituents) took a moment to admire her slender nose in the spoon's silver glint. Then, placing it alongside a thoroughly scraped avocado skin, she turned her wrist ninety degrees.
Nine forty seven. Frown forestalled by twelve units of fresh Harley Street Botox, Sarah glanced anxiously across the table.
And felt the dark, caustic arch of her eyebrows rise even higher than usual.
Hemmed in by a semicircle of greasy plates, elbow resting on table and fork clenched vertically in her fist, Becky Thornton MP was inhaling a giant pork sausage in a manner that made Ed Miliband's famous failure with the baco

A very attractive pair, both with that wonderfully authentic business-beauty look. Love that the pic shows some similarities between the two (vain, suited, well-maintained) as well as lots of contrasts (some obvious, some more subtle). You can really imagine their personalities from it, and it's great for inspiring plot possibilities.

Thanks, I always think contrast works in these kind of pictures. In my head I pictures these two as MP's; the slender one of aristocratic bearing from a rural shire constituency and the fat one more self made from Essex or Kent. That was my inspiration, anyways!

I am not sure about the reason, but for me it looks, as if the two ladies are hovering about 15 cm above the floor. Nice characters, anyhow. As you can imagine, I especially like the lower blonde. But the dark lady is hot as well, giving a nice contrast and making the blonde look even more well rounded.
