Bonding starts with the wild Queen

Though it is now spring the ground is still covered in snow. Which never seemed to bother anyone as its just how Canada is. As Kiyomi walked along with Cabin Boy and Kpop it seemed more like winter had just started. The trees ever covered in snow. It was sure to be gone soon enough. This time was always that mix of melting and snowing.

Kiyomi had been assigned the wild Obertaurer mare know as The White Queen. Much to Matt's worry having remembered the lectures from the conference. Whom he gently reminded Vicen after the announcement had been made. Vicen knew it was true opposite genders did seem to work out more often. It does always turn to the horses personality. Based on what hes observed of the mare, her and Kiyomi make the best match. He had a gut feeling about them that he wasn't going to pass up. Vicen did in turn gently remind Matt of the woman he encountered with her wild caught Obertaurer mare. The of course working perfectly together.

None the less, Matt's words rang in her head. What if she messed up? What if her and the mare weren't a good match and it would just make the mare harder for someone else to be with. She slid into the field leaving the boys out. Walking slowly along the fence line till she got closer to the mare. She hesitated as she turned to the boys. "Well.. here goes nothing.. Wish me luck you two." She said softly as she smiled at them.

The mare eyed her from the edge of the field, unsure of her reason for being here. Kiyomi turned to her, showing no fear, no aggression toward her. Everything was silent as Cabin boy and Kpop watched on. Confidently Kiyomi started toward the mare. All of a sudden as if something as pushed her. Kiyomi flailed and screamed as she fell face fist into the snow.

She lay there face down in the snow mumbling about how stupid she was and wished for her not to be so clumsy when not riding. Kiyomi figured she spooked the mare and she was long gone down the field. Who wouldn't after some flailing freak entered your field.

All of a sudden she heard a heavy thump and the sound of snow being moved around. She slowly lifted her head as she was met by the face of a seemingly happy white queen. Kiyomi slowly lifted her self a little so not to spook her. "What are you doing?" She asked as she tilted her head a little. The mare snorted in her face and tried to mimic her. Kiyomi stood as she walked around the field a little. Queeny followed after her. Unintentionally Kiyomi tripped again, falling back into the snow. Queen pressed her face to hers blowing hot air in her face. Almost seeing if she was alright.

Maybe this pair would work out. Queeny almost seemed to adopt Kiyomi. Possibly seeing her as a foal she once had. Always wanting to make sure she was ok after falling. This experience with the mare only made Kiyomi more confident. Maybe this really could work out.

I watched a movie before i typed this that turned my brain to moosh soo its probably horrible xD
