Drawing this part was a bit hard. I'm terrible with backgrounds(damn trains!) and still don't know how to use my art program....How the hell do people make all those pretty/flashy/shiny lights?OTL

Man, I hope I can get the last part done faster, got less then a week!...I finished this at 3 am. SO TIRED.*sighs*
