True.
No one turns BLUE when burnt.
Red, yes.
Black, yes.
Blue not so much.
But I always jot it up to chemical burns that cause discoloration in the face area.
An in Batman TAS it wasn't just acid or fire it was a chemical explosion thus chemical burns.
So I usually go by that look for my Two-Face.
