Frank on the other hand will always go with the most brutal and painful way to take out a criminal and loves killing.

I've always loved the Frank/Steve dynamic both being soldiers but in two vastly different wars. Steve's generation came back to a hero's welcome, Frank's generation came back in tragedy.
