Actually... That game sounds kind of interesting... Kind of like a third person Mystery dungeon played as a half Charizard female bounty hunter. It might be cool, or just... weird... who knows?

ice/water are same thing, because anyway it take water to create ice

So throw aa block of water on fire, it will melt and affect the fire, no?

That's true... however if you are speaking strictly from an ICE/Cold standpoint, once you melt ice it is no longer ice! (example, if you play Pokemon... water is effective against fire... but ice is ineffective against fire... in fact, fire is good againt ice!) but I see your point.
