This is one of the MANY bridges on the lovely and scenic walk to Oxford City

When I left England it was right at the peak of the horrid flooding that caused e-coli, cholera and what not.
Our dorm water supply was contaminated and we couldn't drink the water.

The flooding of the river Thames (pronounced Tams) was up past the top of the bridge, THUS NO SHOPPING for almost all the stores in lower Oxford were shut down and filled up to your knees with dirty dirty water
