I figured the lineart was a little bit of a pain to color, so I threw together a crappy little tutorial that might help make things a bit easier.
If something confuses you, just ask in a comment and I shall try to elaborate it as best as I can.

i dont really get the part were you make the markings less messy.

Oh, it's just a cleaup process. Take the pencil tool and just touch up everything. It's not automatic, so yea. XD Just make everythig a bit more to your liking.

UM. How you can. I'm not quite sure. My mind kinds of fritz once I get to the part where you are coloring sorta mess outside the lines and on the lines. I might just be reading it wrong or something.

Just make sure before you get to the messy coloring, you press CTRL+A, right click, and hit cut and paste it. Also make sure that the color that you chose as the main body color is right clicked with the eyedropper tool.
So...when you do the messy coloring, you just paste, and the image should clean up and anything going on or outside the lines will be cleaned.
