We decided to create this illustration after seeing some images from a Star Wars VII art book.
This illustration in the art book should be a character study for a possible Anakin apparition in a sequel to the series. We liked it, and so we have opted for our interpretation.
Here we have added the collage technique for the mantle and the face.
The background was made with the watercolor. Then in another sheet, Anakin's face was drawn with watercolor and graphite.
Using a very lightweight wrapping paper we shaped the cloak. Then put it all together.
We used the Glitter Gel Pens to give the bright spots.
It was interesting and fun to try the collage for this work!

It was for a while that we no longer used the collage technique.
Also for this work we were not starting of the collage idea, but it is an idea that came during the work. We were looking for a way to do these work different from the others Star Wars Fanart and the collage was useful.
