Creo que encontrar tu propio estilo es lo más díficil. Algo que quiere comentarte tiene que ver con esto de encontrar el estilo adecuado. Cuando estaba en mi clase de tipografía (letras) mi maestro trato de que nosotros manejaramos el mismo estilo, lo mismo ocurrió en la clase de señaletica (forma de elaborar señales funcionales), donde el chiste era extraer las figuras en un mismo nivel. Cuando veo cada uno de tus humanos todos tienen características diferentes, uno tiene el tronco muy corto y otros muy largos, las características fudamentales cambian en cada uno. Si quieres encontrar tu propio estilo necesitas unificar las características de los personajes, orejas, ojos, cabellos, manos, brazos, tamaño y forma del cuerpo.
Ese es mi consejo

A mi me gustan. Y tienen estilo propio.
De cualquier modo lo mejor es tener mas de un estilo unico, sino todo se termina pareciendo.

If you want practice, do detailed drawings or take pictures of people in the park, mall, or on the streets (without them knowing, other wise people get weird.

first off, you do have youre own style. which is not a bad one at all. on faces you have just about mastered personality and structure. the only thing you need to work on is realistic body structure. other than that youre great.
