Something as simple as liquid latex is all you need to create a pretty realistic webbing effect!  Here's a couple tutorials I've found.  The first one is the simplest:

The next one is similar to the 1st, but adds some modeling clay between the fingers to achieve a much more realistic look by getting the webbing to attach to the mid-circumference of the fingers (or toes!)  Hope someone here gives it a shot!!

I imagine you could substitute household silicone instead of liquid latex to get some really stretchy, durable webbing.  Here's one of the better versions of that method:

This method uses a mold to cast the webbing.  He's using latex, but I think silicone could be substituted for a more realistic, flexible, stretchy webbing:
