hey!! ikΒ you probably get this a lot but could you tell me how you get the lines so shiny and how you find the perfect colors for shading? imΒ sorry if thatsΒ kind of a generic question aa

Don't worry! To be honest I feel like my way of coloring is generic, but who knows! Everyone's gonna do a different drawing, it's all just portrayed by the artist.
But the way I do it, I do the sketch, I do the outlines, and the base colors. On top of the base colors I add a Multiply layer, that's the shading layer. Usually a grayish color with a hint of color, either cool or hot depending on the feeling of the drawing! Once I'm done with the shading I use an overlay of bright, usually yellowish hint of light, with a light opacity brush, just put the light where it feels right! After that I put a clipping mask/layer (depending on the program you use) on top of the lineart and just color it.
