This character will probably sound like all the other sad and d33p anime characters, but I done my best to try to keep her from all the cliches. Her name is Ticki. She likes clocks. Desu.
She used to play with black magic, curses, you know, all that unlucky stuff. She knew it was bad, but she was curious. One day she just snapped and went into a world of her own. Litterally. She now resides in her own little world filled with her own imagination. Unfortunately, she lost pretty much all of her understanding of. Everything. She doesn't talk, but she can understand people if she only pays attention. Which she rarely does dsfjsfsd.
She doesn't wish anyone harm, but that doesn't mean the creatures in her world does not. She doesn't have any control of the creatures inside of her world. Ticki is pretty harmless, she can create new things out of ink though. I didn't mention her world was made of ink, did I? FFF COMPLICATED. It doesn't make sense. Buuuut that's pretty much what I had in mind for this character. The basics, of course. I don't want to go into too much detail, you probably have something better to do with your time.
