Everyone has their own ideas about the Book of Shadows
In some ways your questiom is a little like asking 'what should I write in my diary'?
It is very personal to the individual or group who writes in it
In some ways a BoS is exactly that - a diary of Magikal experiences & pursuits
It can also be a Calendar of future and planned events
It might also contain useful web addresses & contact information
On top of all this it might be a sort of Magikal recipe book
So it is a sort of all-encompassing Magikal notebook, a record
...but it is very much what you make it
you are not tied to doing things as others do
It could be a Worke of Arte, a beautiful object
In many ways - like a journal or artwork - it will reflect who & what you are
It will evolve as your practice of the Magikal Artes evolve & will always defy concrete definition
