I don't have any information about the workings of the technology here at deviantArt so your comment is very relevant.
I now realise that not all the functions i see here are available to everyone who views this material.
Maybe there are things I do not see too.
I suppose an alternative would be to get someone with a desktop device to download for you.

If you want to download, that is good.
Look near the top of the column on the right for a small button with a green arrow marked 'Download'.
Click on that to get the file you want.
