The name of the Territory is officially 'The Royal Territory of Russian-American Nations' or 'RTRAN' for short.

The Territory was established in 1871, he's always thought of Hawaii as a big sister because I like wholesome.

I generally draw this character as a male, but as they are a landmass, they could be any gender.

This territory was shared by the Russian Empire and America while RE was still alive.

RTRAN is a semi large island in the middle of the North Pacific Ocean. So you'd guess that they were close with Hawaii even without knowing their relationship.
