Description
I used to do a little,trivial, my cripple of a
mind used to drift off
and then
spider its way back from
apathy into overtime,
the words stringing together
like wind in a storm.
Writers block stands
like an overweight barbarian
in the middle of my highway,
a club in one hand and a
misspelled stop sign in the other.
I Roll up the windows, drop bricks
on the gas and take the passenger seat.
Time to watch overtime, a wind storm, and a margarita
make chalk stains out of
a viking roadblock.
