Description
After a long dry spell,I hope I can continue to upload more doodly stuff for you all to view....^^This is actually an old piece, I dug it up from my sketch book and found sheets and sheets of old sketches which have loads of empty space in need of filling.
I love a well used piece of paper...no space wasted....mmmmmmm. Happy viewing!

but, by your lines, it looks like you should loosen that arm up!! whilst all the drawings are tight.. it kinda looks like they have no weight to them, particularly the gal and boy hobos.

i wouldnt worry about the way you hold the pencils,or the method.
try experimenting with line widths to get a sense of weight and stuff to your characters, your art will all of a sudden feel more like tangible 3d objects in a 2d space.
do you do any 'life drawing'?? practicing gesture drawing from live models is a great way to develop that weighty issue (ha ha)
