Hey!

You wanted me to write you a critique for this one. As I tell everyone I write for; don't mind the ratings, they aren't informative.

Photographically:
I've done my share of sunset/rises last summer, the advice I can give you is to think about framing. I can see what you are going for here, but there is like an invisible limit to when there is to much happening in the foreground. The silhouettes of the grass makes a great foreground, but I think it's grabbing to much attention from the magical colors in the sky. When you are at a location like this, try different angles and look for patterns, frames or lines that'll enhance the foreground.
When you are dividing your picture with the horizon ask yourself the follow "what's most interesting? the upper half? bottom half? or are they equally important?" When you have the answer for this you'll be able to show what's important. You can even adjust your positions to choose sometimes. I'll add a video for you in the end that's informative about the subject.

Post-processing:
When you got a capture like this you'll benefit from selective sharpening of the silhouettes, doesn't need to be much, just enough to remove some of the blurry outerlines.
Also adding some vibrance/saturation to the nice colors will give you an extra pop.
At last a slight vignette will in many cases give the viewer a direct view of the interesting part and take away disturbing or maybe not so interesting stuff on the edges (which most images have due to the fact that we want most of what's interesting in the frame).

All in all I think you've got a nice scene here, but there is always room for improvements e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

I hope this was helpful and be sure to watch the video when you've got the time.
