It's really well animated. Not including any shading probably did help you with the animation and it helps tp keep the animation looking simple. I think the only thing that really bothers me with this is the brief moment when her hair and cape stops flowing when Lucina closes her eyes. If you had kept that flow going, it would have made this animation flawless and so much better. Of course, I don't have more to add, but I think it would also help if you used more colors to give more life to the image, but that's just my opinion on that matter.
