uhm it always depends what I'm painting actually. i love to start with big shapes and just do a fast gradient tool background, then add the light and shadow parts and voila... but that always really depends on the subject, mood, what i want to achive,etc.

Haha neat creature! Love the nice edges you get in your spitpaints. I have some who are very frustrated about the 20 min spitapaints they do. They think it's too short to communicate anything, but you don't seem to have any trouble with that. Do you have any tips for spitpaints?
