Weapons: Shoulder mounted sonic blaster, and Energon machine pistol

Background:
The Decepticon's communications and intel officer known for his extreme loyalty to Megatron. For some unknown reason; Soundwave hides his face, taking a vow of silence and never uttering a word, only using any of the audio he has recorded. Starscream hates him with a passion due to him sabotaging his attempts on Megatron's assassination. He has eyes and ears everywhere thanks to his minicons deployed around giving both Autobot enemies and even his own Decepticon comrades the more reason to be paranoid since its likely their information will be used against them.

Minicon Infiltration Team (Rumble, Laserbeak, and Ravage)

Alt Modes: Rumble (Ballistic shield drone), Laserbeak (Air surveillance drone), and Ravage (Quadrupedal surveillance drone)

- Soundwave's beloved three minicon companions who support him on his tasks when they're deployed outside his body. They mostly spy on everyone and gather information from them. Though they're small in stature, they are still dangerous. They consist of Rumble, the demolitions battering ram; Laserbeak, an avian drone patrolling from the skies; and Ravage, a ferocious and feral panther.
