Finally my new stuff is here!And that means the start of my character postings for ADVENT CHAOS.
This is Nephas. He's here to promote the graphic novel. Hopefully he succeeds or he might as well continue dematerialising our fake world. LOL

My goodness... It turned out so well! The lighting is exquisite.
The fire could use a little work though; the ones on the bottom tend to look like bushes.
But other than that, wow! Major Β improvement. Good job!

Naw, this is a fine piece you got here bro. And I see you've changed his hair. He looks more...proper this time XD
It seems your shading has also greatly improved. I like the blend of the shades of color. And he doesn't look "clean", so to speak. A few blemishes on the skin makes a character more believable. Flawless charas are so cliche.
While I may not be a real expert on art, and I may not have room to talk considering my level of skill, you probably should work on your fire. You did well with one other artwork with the flames and sparks, but here it seems too blurred. It may be just perspective, but it still doesn't look like it's fire. At least in the realistic sense.
But other than that, I totally love this piece! Favorite!

Since this is what I consider a "character vignette", everything is not as sharp as the character himself in this composition, so I blurred most things out to give way to the character.
Though I am grateful that you took time to write a small critique on this. Truly I am.

Think nothing of it. I'm tired of myself and others just writing "Awesome! Keep it up!" or "You should do more!"... Half-assed reviews. Yeah, I sound way out of line right now but meh. It's my thoughts on how people react to things. But really, good job man!
