Wordgirl is one of the best cartoons on the PBS Kids roster since the show had great humor, a minority hero and inspired me to create her fictional cousins Donna and Debi Isthmus and their close family friend Panama Squirrel to form the fictional team the Lexicon Super Team. I was shocked to see Wordgirl get captured by some of her enemies in battle by use of chemical weapons.
