If you go on Neopets then you know what it is.If you don't.On neopets they call it a Pteri.I was on a site they had some things to show you how to draw neopets and stuff like that.I tried one(Obniosly you know which one.)And it didn't turn out that good.I still like it.I think it's Hiiigggghhhh...STUPID HAND YOU HAVE FAILED ME!Related content

Oh, and colored it using PhotoStudio 2000.I had to re-color it alot cause the colors kept darkening.
